Job Description
Provide technical assistance in response to held desk tickets: analyze and troubleshoot problems supply solutions in accordance with policies and procedures of CTWS.
Requirements
Requires a valid Oregon drivers license and must pass a background check with Federal Tribal and State Law Enforcement. Minimum of an associates degree in computer science IT or related field; and Comptia A or related certification. A combination of education and experience may be considered.
