What You ll Do:
- Provide onsite and remote support for Windows and macOS devices including IMAC tasks (Install Move Add Change) and troubleshooting for executive/VIP users.
- Manage hardware refreshes warranty repairs printer/AV setup inventory control and asset tagging with regular reporting.
- Coordinate equipment shipments vendor repairs and walk-up support ensuring timely resolution of service requests and assisting with new hire onboarding.
Requirements
What You Need:
- 3 5 years of IT support experience with Windows 10 macOS Microsoft Office and Windows OS deployment; strong networking basics.
- Experience supporting printers AV systems executive users asset management and reporting tools.
- Excellent customer service communication and multitasking skills with strong documentation practices.
- Ability to lift 50 lbs; valid driver s license and personal vehicle required.
- Preferred: Experience in automotive manufacturing MCP/A certifications or help desk/call center environments.
