The Opportunity
We re looking for an enthusiastic and driven HR Associate to join our growing team. This is an exciting opportunity for someone early in their HR career who is eager to gain broad exposure across HR functions from employee engagement to recruitment to HR operations. You will play a key role in supporting the business through meaningful HR initiatives and building strong relationships with teams across functions.

Reporting to: HRBP Lead
Key Responsibilities
Manage the end-to-end recruitment process including sourcing screening interviewing coordinating with hiring managers and rolling out offers.
Support day-to-day HR operations and ensure smooth execution of HR processes across onboarding performance management and employee engagement.
Partner with managers and teams to understand workforce needs and align HR initiatives accordingly.
Provide first-line coaching and support to managers and employees on people-related matters.
Collaborate in the design implementation and continuous improvement of HR systems and processes.
Coordinate and drive campus engagement and internship programs as part of employer branding efforts to attract early talent and build a strong future talent pipeline.

Must-Haves
0 2 years of relevant work experience in Human Resources.
MBA with specialization in HR or a related field.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to build trust across teams.
Proactive and solution-oriented with a willingness to learn and adapt quickly.
Understanding of core HR functions like recruitment onboarding employee relations and HRIS.
Nice-to-Haves
Exposure to HR tools and platforms (e.g. Zoho Darwinbox or any HRIS).
Previous internship or experience working with growing startups or organizations with field teams
