Un cabinet d avocats national renomm pour son excellence son innovation et sa culture collaborative est la recherche d un(e) avocat(e) de niveau interm diaire pour se joindre son groupe de droit bancaire et financier Montr al. Il s agit d une occasion exceptionnelle de travailler sur des transactions sophistiqu es dans un environnement innovant.
Responsabilit s principales
- R diger et n gocier des accords de financement des documents de s ret et d autres contrats connexes ;
- Effectuer des v rifications de due diligence et g rer les enjeux transactionnels pour des pr teurs et des emprunteurs ;
- Conseiller les clients en mati re de pr ts garantis et non garantis de financement de projets de financement d acquisitions et de conformit r glementaire ;
- Collaborer avec les associ s et les clients sur des transactions de financement complexes tant nationales qu internationales ;
- Contribuer aux initiatives de d veloppement des relations clients par un soutien juridique proactif et de haute qualit .
- Membre du barreau du Qu bec ;
- 3 5 ans d exp rience en droit bancaire et financier au sein d un cabinet r put ;
- Solide exp rience en pr ts commerciaux et en financement structur ;
- Bilinguisme (fran ais/anglais) souhait ;
- Excellentes comp tences en r daction en analyse et en n gociation ;
- Excellent parcours acad mique et un engagement envers l excellence professionnelle.

Key Responsibilities
- Draft and negotiate financing agreements security documents and other related contracts.
- Conduct due diligence and manage transactional issues for both lenders and borrowers.
- Advise clients on secured and unsecured lending project finance acquisition finance and regulatory compliance.
- Collaborate with partners and clients on complex domestic and cross-border financing transactions.
- Contribute to client relationship initiatives through proactive and high-quality legal support.
- 3 5 years of post-call experience in banking and finance law at a reputable firm.
- Strong background in corporate lending and structured finance.
- Bilingual (French/English) is preferred.
- Excellent drafting analytical and negotiation skills.
- Strong academic credentials and a commitment to professional excellence.
