Job Description

Key Responsibilities:

Visa Consultation: Provide expert advice to clients regarding various visa options eligibility criteria and the migration process.

Documentation Preparation: Assist clients in gathering and preparing necessary documents for visa applications ensuring accuracy and completeness.

Visa Lodgment: Lodge visa applications on behalf of clients through the appropriate channels adhering to relevant regulations and deadlines.

Client Communication: Maintain regular communication with clients to update them on the progress of their applications and address any concerns or queries.

Compliance: Ensure compliance with immigration laws regulations and codes of conduct staying updated on changes and developments in migration policies.

Client Representation: Represent clients in dealings with immigration authorities advocating for their interests and rights as needed.

Record Keeping: Maintain thorough and accurate records of client interactions application details and other relevant information.



Requirements

Requirements:

MARA License: Must hold a valid Migration Agents Registration Authority (MARA) license.

Experience: Fresh or 1 years of experience working as a migration agent with a proven track record of successful visa lodgments.

Knowledge: Thorough understanding of immigration laws visa categories and migration processes.

Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills with the ability to effectively convey complex information to clients from diverse backgrounds.

Attention to Detail: Strong attention to detail and accuracy in documentation preparation and visa lodgment processes.

Interpersonal Skills: Ability to build rapport with clients demonstrate empathy and maintain professionalism in all interactions.

Ethical Conduct: Commitment to ethical conduct integrity and confidentiality in handling client matters.

Adaptability: Flexibility to adapt to changes in immigration policies procedures and client needs.
