We are seeking a highly motivated Client Account Representative to join our team in Cincinnati OH. This position involves working closely with our clients to understand their needs provide support and ensure satisfaction with our services. Responsibilities
Act as the primary point of contact for assigned client accounts
Build and maintain strong long-term client relationships
Address client inquiries and resolve issues in a timely and professional manner
Prepare regular account updates and reports
Collaborate with internal departments to deliver effective solutions
Identify opportunities to upsell services or expand accounts
Ensure contract terms and service expectations are met
Qualifications :
Qualifications
Bachelors degree in Business Communications or related field (or equivalent experience)
Minimum 12 years of experience in client services account management or customer-facing roles
Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word Excel Outlook)
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
