Job Description
We are currently seeking a reliable and professional Receptionist to be the first point of contact for our company. The ideal candidate will manage front-desk operations greet visitors answer incoming calls and provide administrative support to various departments. This role is essential in maintaining a welcoming and organized office environment.
Responsibilities
Greet clients and visitors with a positive and professional attitude
Answer screen and forward incoming calls promptly
Handle basic inquiries and provide accurate information
Receive sort and distribute daily mail and deliveries
Schedule appointments and manage calendars
Maintain office security and ensure compliance with procedures
Assist with administrative tasks such as data entry filing and ordering supplies
Support other departments as needed
Qualifications :
Qualifications
High school diploma or equivalent required
Proven work experience as a receptionist or in a similar administrative role
Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word Excel Outlook)
Strong verbal and written communication skills
Excellent organizational and time management abilities
Professional appearance and attitude
Ability to handle multiple tasks with accuracy and attention to detail
