Job Description

We are looking for an enthusiastic and highly organized Marketing Coordinator to play a key support role in executing our companys marketing initiatives. In this dynamic position youll help plan organize and track a variety of campaigns events and content efforts across both digital and traditional channels.

Working closely with our internal teams and external vendors youll ensure that projects are delivered on time messaging is consistent and all marketing materials align perfectly with our brand guidelines. This is an ideal opportunity for someone with strong communication skills a keen eye for detail and a broad interest in the full marketing mix.   • Campaign Execution: Support the end-to-end execution of diverse marketing campaigns from initial concept to final delivery across digital and traditional platforms.

  • Social Media Management: Manage our social media presence including scheduling posting and actively engaging with our audience on platforms like Instagram Facebook and LinkedIn.

  • Content Creation Support: Assist in creating compelling marketing materials such as flyers brochures one-pagers and presentations primarily utilizing tools like Canva.

  • Event & Outreach Coordination: Coordinate local events community outreach programs and initiatives aimed at fostering relationships with referral partners (e.g. pediatricians schools).

  • Website & SEO Support: Update website content and provide assistance with SEO-related tasks using content management systems like WordPress Framer or similar platforms.

  • Performance Tracking & Reporting: Track and report on the performance of our marketing campaigns leveraging analytics tools such as Google Analytics and Meta Ads Manager.

  • Email Marketing: Manage and maintain contact lists and assist with email marketing efforts using platforms like Zoho Campaigns or similar tools.

  • Brand Consistency: Ensure consistent branding and messaging across all marketing platforms and materials.

  • Cross-Functional Collaboration: Collaborate effectively with our clinical and administrative teams to support their communication and recruitment goals.


Qualifications :

Education: Bachelors degree in Marketing Communications Public Relations or a closely related field.

Experience: 12 years of proven experience in a marketing or administrative support role. Experience within healthcare or behavioral health environments is highly preferred.

  • Communication: Demonstrates strong written and verbal communication skills with the ability to articulate information clearly and professionally to diverse audiences.

  • Digital Tools Acumen: Familiarity with various digital marketing platforms and tools including Google Workspace Canva Mailchimp and social media management tools.

  • Organization & Project Management: Strong organizational abilities and effective project management skills with a proven track record of handling multiple tasks and deadlines.

  • Attitude & Learning: A positive attitude a curious mindset and a genuine willingness to learn and adapt in a fast-paced environment.

  • Industry Insight (Plus): Experience in healthcare education or nonprofit marketing is a significant plus.
