Job Description
CRD Careers is recruiting for a leading national industrial distributor expanding in the San Antonio region. This is a full-time relationship-driven outside sales role with built-in support training and real ownership of your territory.
Youll manage your route like its your own business with backup from a company thats been dominating the MRO space for decades.
What Youll Do:
Build grow and manage a defined sales territory
Provide MRO solutions to maintenance and repair professionals
Deliver top-tier service and build repeat business relationships
Maintain and grow accounts through consultative selling
Use company CRM and sales tools to track leads and progress
Qualifications :
What You Bring:
2 years B2B sales or territory/account management
Drivers license and clean driving record
Self-driven professional and highly organized
Strong communication and customer service skills
Perks:
$70$90K base uncapped commissions
