Job Description
CRD Careers is a boutique recruitment firm connecting top talent to great companies. Were hiring for a well-established building materials supplier in Yonkers seeking a full-time Account Service Representative to support their contractor clients.
What Youll Do:
Manage orders via phone email fax
Follow up on quotes and special orders
Communicate with vendors and internal teams
Provide prompt accurate customer support
Qualifications :
What You Need:
13 years of customer service (building supply helpful)
Excellent organization and multitasking skills
Strong Microsoft Office skills
Friendly reliable detail-driven
