• This is a part-time Saturdays-only opportunity
• Seasons typically run for 67 consecutive weekends
• Full availability for every Saturday during the season is required
• Partial-season availability will not be considered

• Officiate youth flag football games using i9 Sports rules and age-appropriate formats
• Foster a positive fun and inclusive atmosphere focused on sportsmanship and skill development
• Set up and break down field equipment before and after games
• Manage game time down markers and ensure safety and fairness on the field
• Support volunteer coaches by answering questions and guiding basic instruction

• Minimum 2 years of experience in football (as a player coach or official)
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Reliable and punctual with a professional and positive attitude
• Comfortable working independently in an outdoor setting
• Own a smartphone with internet access
• Must pass a National Criminal Background Check
• Reliable transportation to and from game-day sites throughout Utah County
