SUMMARY

Working on day-to-day mechanic procedures including but not limited to processing invoices maintaining accurate job costing in databases and working with purchasing program.

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Data input including timberline and managers plus programs.
  • Maintain day to day communication with mechanic foreman and purchaser.
  • Responsible for new tasks given by supervisor.
  • Performs all job tasks with a skillful manner within his/her skill level.
  • Communicate with outside vendors for required procedures.
  • Document and file all V.C.R reports.
  • Give assistance as needed to other employees.
  • Other duties may be assigned as business needs require.

COMPETENCIES/REQUIREMENTS:

  • As unique situations arise the employee must be sensitive to the needs of Power Plus and always look after the Companies interest goodwill and public image. Must be a well-organized and self-directed individual who is a team player.
  • Arrive and leave on time
  • One years experience in a clerical or administrative background.
  • Strong PC skills - must be proficient with Microsoft Excel and Word.
  • Ability to manage multiple different tasks and work accurately with detailed information.
  • Interact with customers and sales staff effectively and must be able to
  • communicate effectively with customers and co-workers.

Hourly Pay Range: $22.00 - $25.00
