Summer Internship Opportunity Payroll Team
Are you detail-oriented and eager to gain hands-on experience in administrative HR processes Inetum Portugal is offering a Summer internship in our Payroll Team where youll support key activities related to employee lifecycle management.
Location: Lisbon Portugal
Duration: Approximately 3 months (Summer Internship)
Department: Payroll People & Culture
What youll be doing:
- Provide administrative support to the Payroll team
- Assist in the preparation and management of employment contracts and documentation
- Support employees by responding to payroll-related queries
- Help ensure data accuracy and compliance with internal procedures
Qualifications :
What were looking for:
- Currently enrolled in a Bachelors or Masters degree in Human Resources Management Administration or a related field
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
- Good communication skills and a collaborative mindset
- Fluency in Portuguese and English
- Interest in HR operations and administrative processes
