Job Description
We are looking for a Team Leader with a strong technical background and proven experience in team management to lead a group of 5 professionals focused on reporting ETL and data visualization. This role combines leadership data architecture and hands-on development using technologies such as Python MS SQL Server and Power BI.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and support a team of 5 people;
- Ensure quality control and validate team deliverables;
- Manage the team backlog and define priorities;
- Distribute tasks and monitor delivery timelines;
- Design optimized data structures for reporting;
- Implement ETL processes using SSIS and stored procedures/jobs;
- Support the creation of dashboards in Power BI based on tabular models.
Qualifications :
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in technical leadership roles;
- Proven experience in Power BI advanced skills in building dashboards designing tabular models and transforming data into actionable insights
- Strong organizational planning and communication skills;
- Results-driven mindset with a focus on continuous improvement;
- Team-oriented with a strong commitment to quality;
- Ability to design scalable business-oriented solutions;
- Solid experience with the following technologies:
- Python for automation and data manipulation;
- MS SQL Server queries stored procedures and jobs;
- Power BI dashboards and tabular models;
- SSIS ETL process development;
- Proficient in English.
