As a Business Analyst in the Business Technology B2B Sales & Marketing team you are at the heart of continuous improvement and innovation. You will work with our Salesforce Sales Cloud platform and related systems to support our fast-growing B2B operations. From gathering requirements and improving processes to managing stakeholder expectations your input helps ensure smooth and scalable digital solutions across our international business.
Meet your team
You will join a cross-functional close-knit team of Project Managers Product Owners and Business Analysts. Together we support Rituals B2B Sales and Marketing domains by delivering tech solutions that are scalable reliable and aligned with the brands growth ambitions. You report directly to the Head of B2B Sales Tech and work closely with key users and vendors.
In this role you will
Take ownership of ongoing improvements and system-related projects in the B2B Sales domain. You will be the bridge between business needs and technical implementation ensuring that everything runs efficiently and effectively as we grow.
