What You Will Achieve
- Set and manage high-complexity project objectives leading people technology and financial resources.

- Manage Pfizer direct reports guiding team members and overseeing performance.
- Lead the evolution and development of site Manufacturing Support Process Engineering team for all trains in Sanford.
- Support the manufacturing support operating budgets manage manufacturing activities compliantly support key product Life Cycle/Change management activities and cultivate a high-performing talent base to deliver on business unit and strategic projects.
Here Is What You Need (Minimum Requirements)
- BA/BS with 6 years of experience or MBA/MS with 5 years of experience or PhD/JD with 1 year of experience or MD/DVM with any years of relevant experience
- Proficiency in Manufacturing systems
- Strong people management skills
- Advanced competency in Microsoft Office Suite
- Excellent verbal and written communication abilities
- Experience in process engineering operations
- Ability to manage complex projects and lead cross-functional teams
Bonus Points If You Have (Preferred Requirements)
- A Masters degree coupled with relevant experience in the pharmaceutical industry
- Certification in Six Sigma or Lean management
- Thorough understanding of the operation of all facilities
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Proven track record of fostering innovation and professional development within teams

Maybe asked to work non-standard M-F 8-5 hours when needed and some holiday or weekend time as necessary but not standard.
Work Location Assignment:On Premise
The annual base salary for this position ranges from $135100.00 to $225100.00. In addition this position is eligible for participation in Pfizers Global Performance Plan with a bonus target of 17.5% of the base salary and eligibility to participate in our share based long term incentive program.
