The CMBI Experiences Project Manager is responsible for assessing managing and executing projects within the Childrens Mercy Berry Institute. This position serves as the Communications & Marketing Departments primary point of contact to the CMBI. This position works collaboratively with the CMBI leadership and staff to leverage different channels to maximize engagement between team members and CMBI. This position also is responsible for ensuring all CMBI collateral materials and messaging are consistent with the Childrens Mercy brand.

Work with CMBI team members and stakeholders to define and manage project scopes goals and deliverables for the Berry Institute:
Understand the projects objectives and ensure all stakeholders are aligned.
Develop a clear project plan outlining key milestones and deliverables.
Coordinate internal resources and identify vendor needs.
Ensure effective communication and collaboration among team members.
Implement metrics to track progress against the project plan.
Escalate critical issues to appropriate level of leadership and/or stakeholders. Address concerns and feedback immediately.
Document all aspects of the project including plans progress reports and future improvements.
Assist with creating a streamlined onboarding approach at CM:
Partner with Director of CMBI Events and other leaders to analyze current process assess future needs and create a process to onboard all employees at CM.
Assist with new employee orientation. Including attending CMO in person and serve as back up to CMBI Onboarding Specialist.
Assist with managing persona project including monitoring success.
Work with CMBI leadership and the Marketing and Communications Department to create an integrated marketing campaign to raise awareness about CMBI offerings for team members and external parties:
Assist in guiding strategy for CMBI
Serve as day-to-day liaison with marketing and communications department
Ensure internal engagement developing tactical plans
Develop and present updates and results for internal stakeholders
Assist with creating a streamlined onboarding approach at CM:
Partner with Director of CMBI Events and other leaders to analyze current process assess future needs and create a process to onboard all employees at CM.
Assist with new employee orientation. Including attending CMO in person and serve as back up to CMBI Onboarding Specialist.
Assist with managing persona project including monitoring success.
Partner with CMBI teams to help guide communications copy and materials development that is on-brand relative to design messaging and tone:
Provide direction to creative and design team when needed.
Responsible for final review proof and approval prior to release.

Our pay ranges are market competitive. The pay range for this job begins at $29.54/hr but your salaried offer will be determined based upon your education and experience.
This position is not eligible to work remotely which means that the person hired will be required to work onsite at one of our Childrens Mercy locations and may not work from home.
