Job Description

We are seeking a creative and strategic Brand Manager with a passion for the iGaming/ sports industry to join our marketing team where you will work across our hugely popular bwin brand.

Reporting to our Head of Marketing (Baltics) you will help to space the bwin brand across all of its marketing activties across the Bulgarian space. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in brand management excellent project management skills and preferably a good understanding of the iGaming market.

As a Brand Manager you will be responsible for developing and executing brand strategies that enhance our brands presence engage our target audience and drive business growth.

Please note it is essential for the successful candidate to speak fluent Bulgarian for this role.  

 

What youll do:

  • Orchestrating and implementing impactful marketing brand activation and sales campaigns.
  • Collaborating with stakeholders to supply essential resources for various initiatives including website enhancements robust social media engagement and influencer partnerships.
  • Staying abreast of local market trends customer needs and competitor strategies providing valuable insights to the organization.
  • Ensuring all content and products align with our brand ethos adhere to local regulatory standards and resonate with our audience. This encompasses creative copywriting and innovative campaign ideation.
  • Working alongside cross-functional teams to define product competitiveness and ensure regulatory compliance.
  • Managing budgets effectively and meeting key performance indicators (KPIs).
  • Representing Bwin at industry events and press conferences to elevate brand presence.

Qualifications :

  • Proven experience in brand management or marketing. Experience in the iGaming industry is beneficial but not essential.
  • Strong analytical and project management skills.
  • Native-level fluency in Bulgarian and excellent command of English both spoken and written.
  • Ability to work collaboratively and independently with a self-motivated results-driven approach.
  • Effective negotiation skills with attention to detail especially in contract management and understanding local legislative contexts.
  • Bulgarian speaking
  • Knowledge of the Bulgarian advertising market.
  • Flexibility in adapting to rapidly changing priorities in a fast-paced environment.
