Job Description
- Assist project teams with day-to-day office operations and documentation needs.
- Schedule internal meetings prepare agendas and take and distribute minutes.
- Maintain organized digital and physical archives for R&D reports and project-related records.
- Support the preparation and formatting of documents for audits patent tracking publications or internal reports.
- Act as a point of contact between R&D teams and other departments.
- Welcome guests including ministry representatives and technical collaborators.
- Monitor and order supplies for the R&D office.
Qualifications :
- 13 years of experience in an administrative or assistant role preferably in an engineering technical or R&D setting.
- Bachelors degree in Social Sciences Industrial Engineering Business Administration or a related field.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills in both Turkish and English.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office applications (Word Excel PowerPoint Outlook).
- Excellent organizational and time management skills.
