Job Description
- Lead and coach multidisciplinary (international) teams on design-related topics.
- Coordinate design activities across internal departments suppliers and stakeholders.
- Prepare and supervise the execution of project development plans.
- Ensure effective communication and reporting throughout the project lifecycle.
Qualifications :
- Bachelors or Masters degree in Engineering or a related field.
- Minimum 3 years of experience in a similar role.
- Strong communication skills and an independent proactive personality.
- Proven experience in the design and development of parts and assemblies for series production of consumer products.
- Solid knowledge of modern manufacturing methods (plastics metals seals).
- Familiarity with quality tools such as FMEA FTA DRBFM and 8D.
- Creative analytical and result-oriented team player.
- Strong organizational and problem-solving skills.
- Proficient in English (written and spoken).
- Experience with tools and systems such as MS Office SAP Teamcenter and UG NX.
