As a Senior Product Analyst youll be the cornerstone of data analytics for the companys core platform. Youll dive into product usage data to identify trends support strategic decision-making and collaborate with product teams to enhance customer experience and product performance. Youll also play a key role in shaping self-service analytics ensuring stakeholders have access to actionable insights through well-designed dashboards and reports.

Recruitment process:

1. A call with Motife recruiter (30 min)
2. An online intro interview with the HR Manager (45 min)
3. Interview with the Product Manager (45 min)
4. Home assignment followed by advanced interview with the team (up to 2h)

Responsibilities:

Product Data Strategy & Ownership

• Define and evolve product usage KPIs and performance metrics
• Create frameworks for monitoring feature adoption churn and customer behavior
• Design and maintain product dashboards and reporting infrastructure

Advanced Analytics & Insight Generation

• Apply statistical models and predictive analytics to uncover actionable insights
• Model upsell and expansion opportunities based on usage data
• Conduct funnel analysis retention tracking and customer segmentation

Stakeholder Collaboration

• Work closely with product managers engineers and GTM teams to align on business priorities
• Share learnings through clear tailored communications and visualizations
• Partner with data engineers to improve data infrastructure and reporting

Requirements:

Technical Expertise

• 5 years in product/data analytics BI or data science
• Proficiency in SQL and either Python or R
• Strong experience with data visualization tools like Tableau Looker or Shiny

Analytical & Strategic Mindset

• Ability to turn complex data into clear narratives and business recommendations
• Experience with retention analysis cohort modeling and statistical inference
• Familiarity with Mixpanel Pendo or similar product analytics tools

Communication & Initiative

• Excellent written and verbal English
• Strong self-drive; comfortable working independently and proactively
• Experience in a B2B SaaS environment is a strong plus
