Qualifications :

- Experience: Previous experience in guest relations butler services or luxury hospitality roles is essential demonstrating a track record of providing personalized and exceptional service.
- Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills to effectively interact with guests and convey information accurately.
- Attention to Detail: Strong attention to detail for anticipating guest needs and delivering flawless service.
- Cultural Awareness: An understanding of various cultures is essential when dealing with an international guest.
- Multilingual Proficiency: Fluency in multiple languages especially English and Mandarin.
