Youll play a crucial role in ensuring effortless access to inpatient detoxification services throughout the Midlands empowering individuals to make transformative decisions and helping them reach their desired destinations.
We are looking for aWest Midlands Project Manager (Based at home or from a local delivery hub hybrid working welcomed)
The role requires regular travel to community providers and inpatient units around the West Midlands area. The successful candidate would need to live in easy travelling distance to the West Midlands.
Salary: Starting salary 39891.91 - 44471.72 Scale Point - 36-40
Where: West Midlands Location Flexible with regular travel within or close to the West Midlands
Hours: 37.5 per week

Working as part of a team on this exciting cross sector initiative you will be working at the forefront of organisational innovation and partnership development to enable us to do things better.
You will be working to ensure ease of access to inpatient detoxification services across the Midlands helping people to make supported life changing decisions and to get to where they want to be.
Responsibilities
Change Grow Live is the lead provider in this highly innovative cross sector project. This role will ensure that residents from across the West Midlands can access Medically Managed Inpatient Detoxification Services.
Our dedicated National Framework Lead for detox and rehab will support and build collaborative relationships with Subcontracted Partners Commissioners and referring providers. They will line manage this role and you will work alongside them
to do so.
- Liaising with Community Provider Partner Providers and Commissioners
- Managing the administration of referrals
- Supporting end to end case management tracking
- Enabling bed space management and updates
- Tracking and ensuring good management of placements
- Supporting service user choice communication and co-production
- Managing all aspects of logistics resource management and quality assurance
You will be responsible for the day-to-day management of an easy to navigate online Referral Portal and web page.
You will work to maximise engagement delivering induction and training for providers and partners in relation to associated systems and processes and managing all ongoing communications.
This is a high profile and important organisational innovation which is truly inclusive of sector partners.
You will need to be highly organised an excellent communicator with a passion for ensuring quality of service provision for our service users and with the ability to undertake analysis to enable day to management of complex resources to do things better for our service users.
