Job Description

Essential:

  • Strong Excel and Power Bi skills
  • Strong Presentation Skills
  • Previous experience in hospitality industry
  • Ability to work independently
  • Understanding of EPOS systems

Daily Tasks:

  • Reconciliation of previous days revenues & takings and entry into day-books software 
  • Entry of purchase invoices into day-books software including approval of digital invoices
  • Raising of sales invoices (deposits final spends) on day-books software
  • Input data onto Daily Tracker spreadsheet and distribute to management team 

Weekly/Monthly Tasks:

  • Close week on day-books software
  • Debt analysis and report
  • Chasing customer debt
  • Future business analysis and sense check
  • Weekly paperwork submission to central office
  • Sales & Cost analysis for client presentations
  • EPOS updates data upload and download product management

Qualifications :

The successful candidate will have the ability to communicate clearly through all mediums and be able to engage with other people to build rapport. As well as a keen eye for detail our ideal candidate will possess some knowledge of the catering and hospitality world with a can-do attitude and will be analytical and tenacious in their approach.
It is essential for applicants to be proficient with Microsoft Excel and have a good working knowledge of all Microsoft Office applications

Previous experience in a similar role is preferred.
