Are you a passionate HR professional ready to make a meaningful impact across corporate & commercial functions Were looking for a Senior HR Advisor Corporate/Commercial to join our dynamic Human Resources team and support operational excellence through strategic HR initiatives.
About the Role
As a Senior HR Advisor youll play a key role in delivering HR support to our corporate & commercial functions. Youll work closely with internal stakeholders to drive operational efficiency solve moderately complex problems and support the implementation of HR strategies that align with business goals.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide expert HR advice and support to corporate & commercial teams.
- Partner with leaders to implement HR initiatives that enhance performance and engagement.
- Contribute to workforce planning talent development and change management.
- Support employee relations performance management and policy compliance.
- Promote a proactive safety culture and ensure adherence to HSE standards.
- Collaborate cross-functionally to drive continuous improvement in HR practices.
What Youll Bring
- Relevant qualifications in Human Resources or a related field (or equivalent industry experience).
- Proven experience in a similar HR advisory role ideally within a corporate environment.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to influence and build relationships.
- A practical solutions-focused mindset with a commitment to continuous improvement.
- Understanding of workplace safety environmental responsibilities and contractor management systems.
