You will be updated with latest job alerts via emailWere hiring a Sales Support Coordinator on a 12-month fixed-term contract to join our London-based EMEA Sales team. In this role you will support regional sales activity by managing administrative processes including order submission and CRM updates. You will gain exposure to our sales workflows and product offerings while collaborating with internal and external stakeholders to ensure accuracy and efficiency.
Our EMEA Sales team is responsible for delivering value to our clients across Europe the Middle East and Africa. This team supports our market-leading portfolio of products and services through deep market knowledge collaboration and a strong focus on customer relationships.
Provide administrative support to the EMEA sales team including managing order submissions and maintaining CRM data.
Support the production of client-facing documentation and sales materials.
Coordinate and streamline existing team processes identifying opportunities for improvement.
Liaise with internal departments and clients to ensure paperwork and communication are managed effectively.
Experience in a sales support administrative or customer-facing role.
Fluency in English and an additional European language (Spanish French Italian or German preferred).
Proficiency in Microsoft Office particularly Excel; CRM system experience (Salesforce preferred).
A proactive solution-oriented approach and strong attention to detail.
An interest in financial markets is a plus.
