Position : Klaviyo & Shopify Implementation

Work Hours (Client) : Can work 8 hours between 7am - 5pm EST

Pay Range : $1500 - $2000 USD/month (varies based on skill set and experience level)

We launched in late July of 2022 and reached an 8-figure run rate within two years without outside funding heavy paid media or an Amazon presence until recently. Our team is lean mission-driven and deeply committed to helping people reclaim their health.

Duties and Responsibilities:

We re looking for a detail-oriented tech-savvy Klaviyo & Shopify Implementation Specialist to join our team. You ll work directly under our eCommerce Director to execute and maintain key digital infrastructure building out product and landing pages in Shopify and implementing high-converting email flows and campaigns in Klaviyo.

This is not a creative or strategic marketing role its an -heavy position ideal for someone who loves building things inside powerful platforms has a sharp eye for formatting and consistency and can follow SOPs with precision. If you re organized resourceful and enjoy supporting a fast-paced eCommerce team this role is for you.

• Build new Shopify pages using sections and the theme customizer (no coding required)
• Implement CRO-driven changes and product merchandising updates in Shopify
• Upload and format email campaigns flows and automations in Klaviyo using existing templates
• Make light HTML and CSS edits to email templates to ensure brand consistency and formatting accuracy
• Import and adapt copy from Google Docs into Klaviyo preserving structure and readability
• Manage and QA content for product launches promotions and evergreen flows
• Maintain organized file structures and naming conventions in Klaviyo and Shopify
• Execute versioning and A/B tests for email campaigns when requested
• Collaborate with the eCom Director to prioritize workload and meet deadlines

Minimum Requirements:

Language requirement: Excellent English Communication Skills (C1 C2 level accent is fine)

Education: Bachelors Degree (ideally)

Experience: 1-3 years of related experience

Qualifications

• 1 3 years experience working with Shopify and/or Klaviyo (or similar platforms)
• Basic working knowledge of HTML and CSS (especially for formatting emails) is required
• Excellent organizational and time management skills
• Strong written communication and attention to formatting details
• Comfort with Google Docs spreadsheets and digital workflows
• Experience in DTC eCommerce especially in health/wellness or CPG is a plus
• Design experience is not required but comfort working with templates is essential

Final-stage candidates will be asked to complete a paid implementation project $50/hour up to 3 hours of work) to demonstrate fit. This project will include building a Shopify page and formatting an email in Klaviyo using provided templates and content.
