Our Department is currently seeking a Revenue Integrity Analyst to join our team! All employees are expected to perform their duties in alignment with the vision and values of the organization. This person is responsible for a variety of tasks that lead to a high level of customer satisfaction in the most cost-effective manner. To provide systems and data analysis support for the Revenue Reporting and systems Department focusing on the identification and implementation of the opportunities to improve net revenue realization and cash flow.
The goal of this department is to Bridge the clinical financial Gap. This position will serve as a resource for internal departments (i.e.: decision support patient financial services and finance etc.).
Position will be responsible for development of reports and training /education of staff to use the reports.
Working with CDM analyst and department managers to control late charges and improve charge capture.
Minimum 5 years hospital experience
High School Diploma/GED required.
Bachelors in Business or related field preferred.
Business office admitting knowledge of hospital computer systems and processes.
Previous training in laboratory animal medicine preferred.
Basic computer skills required. Query and other AS400 related programs.
Strong analytical and communication skills.
