We are hiring for:
Leasing Maintenance and Assistant Property Manager positions in Arkansas
We are currently looking for all positions with experience in Apartments/Leasing and Maintenance.
Responsibilities:
- Ensuring that apartments are made ready for new residents
- Sales/Leasing
- Property Management
- Complete work and repair orders in a timely fashion
- Estimate time and extent of repairs
- Working with a team to perform routine preventive maintenance
- Oversee work performed by outside contractors as necessary
Qualifications:
- Previous experience in maintenance or other related fields
- CPO and HVAC Certificate required
- Familiarity with maintenance tools and equipment
- Ability to handle physical workload
- Deadline and detail-oriented
- OneSite
- Lend2Lease
