Dallas ISD is seeking an innovative and driven Teacher Selection Recruiter to join our dynamic role focuses on teacher recruitment strategic marketing efforts by developing social media campaigns managing content and leading recruitment events such as districtwide teacher job fairs and
special events. The ideal candidate will have strong experience in social media management marketing and recruitment with a passion for education and attracting top teaching talent.
- Recruit for ACE campuses: Source candidates daily for ACE campuses through targeted recruitment strategies; process teacher applications and assess candidate fit for ACE roles; work closely with hiring managers at ACE campuses; providing candidate recommendations to meet staffing needs; facilitate application follow-ups to ensure candidates remain engaged throughout the hiring process.
- Career Fairs: Lead the planning and execution of districtwide teacher job fairs and other recruitment events to engage with potential candidates; manage all logistical aspects of events including venue coordination promotion vendor management and scheduling; collaborate with campus administrators and district departments to ensure seamless execution of recruitment initiatives; engage with teacher candidates at events promoting Dallas ISDs mission and culture while building relationships for future placements.
- Develop and implement engaging social media campaigns to attract teaching candidates and promote the benefits of working in Dallas ISD; manage content across platforms (e.g. Facebook Instagram LinkedIn X) to highlight recruitment events district achievements and teaching opportunities; collaborate with the communications team to ensure alignment with district branding and messaging; monitor and analyze social media metrics to optimize campaigns and engagement.
- Develop a comprehensive marketing strategy for districtwide teacher applications including email campaigns and website content; coordinate advertising efforts across platforms (social media district website and community channels) to reach targeted candidate pools; use data analytics and recruitment metrics to measure campaign performance and adjust strategies accordingly.
- Lead and participate in meetings workshops and seminars (e.g. workshops inter-and intra-district committees seminars conferences) for the purpose of conveying and gathering information regarding the Teacher Recruitment and Retention program initiatives and goals.
- Compile data from a wide variety of sources for the purpose of developing and tracking Key Performance Indicators related to teacher recruitment and other benchmarks of success in order to provide information to assist the team with assessing recruitment impacts.
All federally funded incumbents of this position must comply with time and effort reporting requirements through personnel activity reports or periodic certification as appropriate

- Valid Texas Teacher Certificate with required endorsements for subject and subject level assigned preferred.
