You will be updated with latest job alerts via emailResideo (REZI) is seeking a Senior Customer Service Associate based out of the United States to join its Products & Solutions Customer Experience Team. This role will be responsible for ensuring effective and timely handling of customer requests from orders through invoicing for the Americas (AMER) Region. You will be a key member of the Americas Customer Service Team and play an integral role in our end-to-end customer experience.
The Senior Customer Service Associate is responsible for providing customer service support for Resideos Products & Solutions Team including the Electronic and Trade divisions.
In this role you will process ordersrespond to emails answer incoming telephone calls and manage customer specific account details to ensure timely and accurate responses and on-time order will support order processing tasks including expediting orders change orders returns monitoring order status tracking and resolving discrepancies.
You will assist other customer service associates with administrative duties. You will communicate with other departments and stakeholders such as but not limited to Logistics Manufacturing Regional Sales Managers Outside Sales Representatives Product Managers etc. to resolve customer issues.
The selected candidate should be a multi-tasker experienced working in a high-volume support center environment with multiple channels for can-do attitude and focus on the customer will permeate throughout your interaction with customers to create a culture of customer centricity.
