Job Description
We are seeking a Receptionist/ Cashier with Excellent customer service skills and a positive attitude.
This individual will receive incoming calls to the dealership for sales and service. Perform cashier duties
RESPONSIBILITIES
- Receive cash checks and credit card payments from customers and record the amount received
- Make change accurately and issue receipts to customers
- Answer phone calls and direct to the proper personnel
- Communicate with callers in a professional friendly and efficient manner
- Keeping the customer lounge clean and make sure customers waiting have a pleasant experience
- Various miscellaneous reports
- Able to use credit card machine and check verification
- Clerical duties as needed
QUALIFICATIONS
- Computer skills
- Positive attitude
- Professional appearance
- Cashier experience is a must
