Job Description
Are you a driven detail-oriented and experienced Used Car Manager looking to elevate your career Capital Automotive Group in Jacksonville NC is looking for a dynamic automotive professional to lead our used car operations and keep our pre-owned inventory stocked with high-demand high-quality vehicles.
This is your opportunity to take charge of the used car strategysourcing evaluating and making smart purchasing decisions that fuel sales and exceed customer expectations. If youre a strong negotiator with a deep understanding of the used car market we want to connect with you!
What Youll Be Doing:
Sourcing high-quality used vehicles through auctions trade-ins private sellers and more
Evaluating and inspecting vehicles to meet our high standards
Negotiating the best possible deals to ensure profitability
Managing inventory turn with strategic precision (60-day turn experience required)
Monitoring market trends to guide purchasing decisions
Collaborating with sales and finance to ensure seamless inventory flow
Building strong relationships with auction reps wholesalers and industry contacts
Keeping accurate and detailed records of vehicle purchases and transactions
What Were Looking For:
3 years of experience as a Used Car Manager
Proven success in auction buying and inventory management
Proficiency in V-Auto software
Strong negotiation and decision-making skills
Self-motivated results-driven mindset
