You will be updated with latest job alerts via emailCurative Medical Group is seeking a dedicated and board-certified Family Medicine or Internal Medicine physician to join our collaborative and forward-thinking team. We provide both in-person and virtual visits for our members with a special focus on giving care to people who have not had regular access to primary care.
This unique opportunity offers a flexible schedule: In-office patient care for 3 days/week (downtown Austin) and virtual visits via telemedicine from home 2 days/week. We are a patient-centered practice focused on providing comprehensive primary care services to adults aged 18 and over in a supportive and pleasant work environment.
In this role you will be a key member of our clinical team responsible for diagnosing and treating a wide range of adult health conditions. Your expertise in telemedicine will be crucial in delivering high-quality convenient care to our patients. This role includes supervision and collaboration with our Advanced Practice Professionals (APPs) colleagues in primary care as needed. We are committed to fostering a collegial atmosphere where our providers feel valued and supported.
Provide comprehensive primary care to adult patients (ages 18) in both an outpatient clinic setting and through a secure telemedicine platform.
Conduct thorough patient examinations including reviewing medical histories performing physicals and ordering and interpreting diagnostic tests.
Develop and implement personalized treatment plans for acute and chronic conditions.
Utilize your experience in telemedicine to conduct virtual patient visits ensuring a high standard of care and patient satisfaction.
Maintain accurate and timely electronic medical records for all patients.
Supervise and collaborate with APPs as needed.
Collaborate effectively with medical assistants nurses and administrative staff to ensure a seamless patient experience.
Contribute to the development of our clinical services and programs.
Contribute to the development of a collegial and collaborative workplace.
Doctor of Medicine (MD) or Doctor of Osteopathic Medicine (DO) degree from an accredited institution.
Completion of an accredited residency in Family Medicine or Internal Medicine.
Board certification in Internal Medicine or Family Medicine is required.
Minimum of 3 years of Primary Care experience and direct patient care.
Must hold an active and unencumbered license to practice medicine in the state of Texas.
Proven experience in providing patient care via telemedicine platforms.
Excellent clinical and diagnostic skills.
Strong interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to build rapport with patients and colleagues.

Spanish proficiency is preferred but not required
