Tasks
- Respond to customer inquiries and provide detailed information about services offered by Skylight Consultants Pvt Ltd.
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions including details of inquiries complaints and actions taken.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to improve customer service processes and enhance overall customer experience.
- Stay updated on industry trends and best practices to provide proactive solutions and recommendations to customers.
- Make outbound calls to homeowners and businesses in Australia to promote solar energy solutions.
- Must be having own laptop and good Internet connection.
Requirements
Experience: Minimum of 3 years of experience in a solar energy or renewable energy role.
Communication Skills: Excellent spoken English with a neutral accent to communicate effectively with Australian customers.
