THE JOB

As a Greeter in our Sid Mashburn Atlanta shop you will be responsible for demonstrating the brand values in how you engage with and take care of customers and the Team. You will contribute to daily operations of the store to maintain our brand standards throughout all areas of the business. This is a Full-Time hourly non-exempt position.

THE RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Make all customers feel welcome and taken care of by exceeding their expectations and providing an exceptional brand experience
  • Work as a team player supporting fellow Associates to ensure a consistent customer experience and contribute to a positive working environment.
  • Assist with on-line order fulfillment.
  • Provide hospitality to all guests as needed.
  • Manage store wrapping & hosting supply inventory.
  • Assist with gift wrapping needs.
  • Assisting customers with picking up their alterations.
  • Maintain a strong desire to continue to learn and grow every day.
  • Maintain seamless operations and processes according to brand guidelines.
  • Communicate efficiently with Customers via phone and in-person.
  • Communicate effectively with all team members corporate partners as well as our in-store tailors.
