They also handle scheduling appointments providing quotes and ensuring customer satisfaction after the service is completed.
- Customer Needs Assessment:
- Engaging with customers to understand their vehicle service requirements and recommending appropriate solutions.
- Service Promotion:
- Explaining the benefits of various maintenance services repairs and upgrades.
- Quoting and Scheduling:
- Providing accurate cost estimates for services and coordinating appointment schedules.
- Sales and Upselling:
- Effectively selling service packages parts and accessories that enhance vehicle performance and longevity.
- Customer Relationship Management:
- Building and maintaining positive relationships with customers to ensure repeat business and referrals.
- Product Knowledge:
- Staying up-to-date on the latest automotive technologies service procedures and industry trends.
- Collaboration:
- Working closely with technicians and other service staff to ensure smooth service delivery.
- Post-Service Follow-up:
- Contacting customers after service to ensure satisfaction and address any concerns.
