Join Our Team as an Account Executive in Perth WA!

What can you expect

Your role as an Account Executive is to serve as the first point of contact for day-to-day communications with designated accounts you will conduct follow-ups on correspondence and works to strengthen and grow account relationships.

You will be responsible for the retention growth profitability and client satisfaction of a book of business containing various client accounts. This includes managing and developing client relationships acting as the clients trusted advisor pursuing new business development and expanding and diversifying the mix of products and services the client holds.

  • Consistently achieve agreed service standards and foster long-term relationships with key client decision-makers.
  • Proactively manage all aspects of account management and service delivery ensuring client needs are identified and met.
  • Implement effective account retention and defense strategies.
  • Maintain awareness of large and complex claim-related matters assisting claims colleagues in negotiating equitable settlements.
  • Stay informed about major classes of General insurance and relevant legislation ensuring compliance and knowledge of new developments.

What you need to have:

  • Tier 1 qualification.
  • 1 - 3 years of experience in insurance broking or underwriting.
  • Proven experience managing a portfolio of large commercial and corporate accounts.
  • Strong commercial acumen and excellent client service skills delivering technical administrative and consulting support.
