Responsibilities:
- Process warranty claims with manufacturers
- Maintain accurate records of warranty claims and payments
- Ensure compliance with manufacturer warranty guidelines
- Communicate effectively with service technicians and customers
- Provide support to service department as needed
Requirements:
- Prior experience in warranty administration in an automotive setting
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy
- Excellent communication and organizational skills
