Collaborate with Human Capital Management on assignments and processes involving campus personnel to include but not limited to priority placements excess leveling and the spring budget process.
Develop and maintain all School Leadership communication to campuses which includes the Weekly Administrative Information Packet Weekly Hub principal group e-mails handbooks monthly maps and the emergency crisis group.
Create and publish the calendar of meetings and events as it relates to School Leadership as well as coordinate with other departments to add dates/deadlines.
Create and present professional development on a wide range of topics to principals executive directors and other audiences as appropriate.
Assist with compensation to include stipend management and base salary comparisons.
Manage and facilitate the process for all department board and legal documents including MOUs policies and regulations contracts etc.
Oversight and management of internal processes regarding field trips fundraisers and food requests.
Maintain grade level name and/or configuration changes for all campuses from year to year.
Participate in budget determinations at various levels.
Manage the attendance and enrollment First 10 Days process as well as other attendance and enrollment clarifications needed throughout the year.
Facilitate the District Advisory Committee.
Serve as the liaison and clearing house for district departments in various tasks communications or responses.
