Summary:
As a SeniorFinance & Data Analyst you will assist the Operations & Finance departments in creating consolidating and managing financial reports documents and KPI dashboards. The primary responsibilities include performing financial and data analysis to track brand and system-wide KPIs forecasting performance modeling unit economics and supporting both internal teams and external franchise partners. The role requires strong problem-solving skills attention to detail and the ability to drive process improvements in a dynamic environment. You will leverage tools like Excel (advanced functions VBA/macros) Tableau/PowerBI and SQL to facilitate data-driven decision-making and optimize operations.
Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with stakeholders to understand and document business needs objectives and requirements
- Forecast & track systemwide KPI performance metrics to inform business decision makers
- Create interactive and visually appealing dashboards reports and visualizations using Tableau/PowerBI to present insights and facilitate decision-making processes
- Harness Excels advanced functionalities to analyze and present data-driven insights including complex calculations data modeling and scenario analysis
- Use effective & concise communication with business leaders tailored to different levels of data and financial acumen
- Lead franchisee trainings covering financial data topics relevant to their business
- Proactively review & research data to communicate trends & opinions to leaders
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify KPIs and develop metrics and reporting frameworks using Tableau/PowerBI to monitor business performance
- Utilize Excels VBA/macros capabilities if familiar to automate repetitive tasks and enhance data analysis efficiency.
- Utilize SQL querying to extract and manipulate data from various databases and sources efficiently
- Use problem-solving skills to analyze and advise on future strategies
- Reconcile data and historical reports for accuracy
- Additional duties as assigned
Pay Range: $100000 - $115000

Qualifications
- Bachelors degree in Business or Data Analytics Finance Accounting or a related field. Masters degree strongly preferred.
- Proven experience as a Finance Analyst with a minimum of 2years of employment experience in a Senior finance & data analysis-focused role including financial modeling
- Demonstrated ability to work cross-functionally with Accounting Finance and Operational teams
- Expertise in SQL querying and working with relational databases to extract and manipulate data efficiently
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to interpret complex data sets and identify meaningful insights
- Proficient in Tableau/PowerBI or similar data visualization tools to create interactive dashboards reports and visualizations
- Strong analytical skills and an expert user of Microsoft Excel (data analysis pivot tables graphs scenario modeling VBA/marcos etc.) and PowerPoint
- Must possess excellent verbal and written English communication skills interpersonal skills presentation
