Job Description
Location:Sibiu
Key responsibilities:
- Coordinates with the KMteam;
- Design Development Deployment and Support Activities of KM Solutions in line with with KM solutions architecture requirements;
- Support data management identification and feedback analysis;
- Facilitate people networks with the objective of ensuring efficient development and deployment of operationsKM solutions;
- Receives KM solution deployment plan and elaborates/refines deployment tasks;
- Receives identified focus areas from KM member-implements surveys and consultations with KM team;
- Follows IPR guidelinesand processes;
- Receives inputs from KM team and validates the same alignment with the KM Group;
- Receives mandate to support the KM team to update and maintainKM courses material.
Requirements:
- speak and write in German and English fluently;
- Good communication skills
- Multitasking and problem solving skills
- Knowledge of Windows Android or iOS Microsoft Office etc.
- Experience in IT support is beneficial (not mandatory)
