Job Title: Workplace Endpoint Engineer
Location: Cracow Poland
Were looking for a strategic and technically savvy Workplace Endpoint Engineer to take full ownership of our endpoint services - ensuring theyre secure compliant and built with the user experience at heart.
In this high-impact role youll lead the planning governance and continuous improvement of our endpoint platforms across a global enterprise. From patching and vulnerability management to performance optimisation youll be the go-to expert - responsible for ensuring our services run efficiently securely and in line with business needs.
Youll collaborate with a wide range of stakeholders including cross-functional IT teams service delivery partners and business leaders - driving forward the roadmap solving critical issues and influencing architectural decisions. Key Responsibilities:
As a Workplace Endpoint Engineer youll play a critical role in shaping and maintaining Galdermas global digital workplace. Youll be accountable for the lifecycle of key endpoint services including Printing VDI and Patching & Vulnerability Management.
This includes:
Taking end-to-end ownership of workplace IT services from design and governance to continuous improvement.
Leading the strategy and roadmap for endpoint services ensuring alignment with business needs and global standards.
Overseeing service suppliers and vendors to guarantee consistent and high-quality delivery.
Managing and improving processes for vulnerability remediation patch deployment and endpoint compliance.
Acting as the final point of authority on all service-related decisions within your domain.
Monitoring and resolving critical incidents swiftly and effectively.
Collaborating with internal stakeholders to deliver user-focused secure and cost-effective services.
Driving improvements in user experience performance and reliability across endpoint platforms.
Controlling and forecasting service-related budgets ensuring financial efficiency.
Providing architectural insight and helping to shape future service design and direction.
Skills & Qualifications:
5 years of IT Service Management experience related to:
Vulnerability and patch management
Printing and VDI solutions
3 years of overseeing technical processes in these service areas
Experience working in global organizations
Proven ability to manage or coordinate with outsourced IT delivery suppliers
Deep technical expertise in:
Microsoft Endpoint Manager (Intune/SCCM)
VDI technologies
Printing services
Windows OS
Patch management tools
Vulnerability remediation processes
