Aztrum is delighted to be working with a National Architectural Practice with a strong reputation in the Commercial sector. My client is looking to hire an Architectural Technologist to work on multiple award winning portfolios within the Retail Residential Office Leisure Industrial and Social Housing sector.
Key Responsibilities for this Architectural Technologist role:
- Produce detailed design drawings specifications and construction documentation.
- Coordinate with consultants contractors and suppliers to ensure project deliverables meet quality and time expectations.
- Ensure compliance with UK building regulations and standards.
- Manage and contribute to BIM models for project coordination and delivery.
- Stay updated on advancements in construction technologies and sustainable practices.
What Were Looking For:
- Degree or diploma in Architectural Technology or a related field.
- Proficient in Revit AutoCAD and BIM workflows.
- Solid understanding of UK building regulations and technical standards.
- Excellent communication teamwork and organizational skills.
- A passion for precision and high-quality deliverables.
