On Call Person The On-Call Person is a resident who lives on the premises and is on-call after hours to respond to emergency calls from residents and to respond to building emergencies. The On-Call Person receives calls either directly from a resident or from the outside monitoring company.
Job Requirements: - Ability to conduct themselves both at work and off duty in a manner that does not adversely affect the image of the Community.
- Ability to maintain a professional image and attitude in keeping with the objectives of the Community and the residents welfare.
- Ability to respect residents privacy and maintain confidentiality of all aspects of Community business.
- Ability to meet Community attendance requirements (regular and predictable attendance).
- Ability to work with others. The ability and willingness to accept and follow the directions of others.
- Possession of character traits of honesty dependability courtesy and cooperativeness.
- Ability to comply with all governmental laws and regulations including but not limited to fair housing Section 504 and environmental and safety laws and regulations.
- Ability to comply with all Community policies and procedures.
- Possession of good communication skills.
- Possession of self-motivation.
