As a Service Drive CSR / Advisor your responsibilities include promptly greeting customers with a happy smiling demeanor in Service Drive Area while customers are dropping off their vehicles. You will verify mileage & window tag take pictures of vehicle & alignment inspection park vehicle keep drive-thru area clean/picked up answer phone calls texts emails from customers about their vehicle statuses and review what a customer is wanting to complete for the day. Position is a 4-day x 10 hours per day for 3 weeks then 1 week @ M-F x 10 hours per day and finally 1 week @ M-F 7am-4pm Saturday on alternating Monday - Saturday Schedule from 7am - 6pm minus a 45 min lunch break. Alternating schedule creates a 5 day weekend every 5 weeks. Who needs vacation with this schedule but we still have that for you also!!!!

Pay dependent upon past experience but ranges from $25 to $35 per Clock Hour - minimum 40 hour workweek.

Responsibilities
Meet and greet customers in a professional manner
Process payments invoice and other miscellaneous office duties
Provide basic information to callers who have general inquiries
Handle customer complaints with integrity and poise
Provide general administrative and clerical support including mailing scanning faxing and copying
Qualifications
Excellent communication and organizational skills
Experience using Microsoft Office suite and general IPAD based software
Ability to work effectively with customers and employees while handling multiple tasks simultaneously
Willing to submit to a drug screen & background check

Physical Requirements
The physical requirements of the position are MEDIUM in intensity.
Must be able to sit/stand/walk for long periods of time.
Visual acuity requirements include color depth perception and field of vision comparable necessary to drive vehicles safely.
Constant Reaching sitting standing walking fingering grasping feeling talking hearing.
Frequent Repetitive motion.
Occasional Balancing kneeling crouching pushing pulling lifting up to 20 lbs.
Physical Working Conditions
This position is subject to inside and outside environmental working conditions including but not limited to temperature changes outside weather conditions slightly elevated ambient noise levels minor potential physical hazards as electrical mechanical and cleaning equipment and minor atmospheric conditions affecting skin or respiratory systems such as fumes odors and dusts associated with operating an auto dealership.
