$25.42 - $38.13Overlake Medical Center has an outstanding opportunity for afull-time experienced hospitalStaffingSpecialist/Coordinator to join our team!The Staffing Specialist/Coordinator would be responsible for the preparation of the daily staffing for units in the Patient Care Services division and other departments. including the procurement of additional staff low census need for assignment and notification replacement of staff due to illness or absence assignment of floats and floating to unit staff. Assists in the scheduling of staff for future scheduling periods.

Qualifications
High School diploma or equivalent required.
Associates degree preferred.
Prefer a minimum oftwo years ofexperience in a hospital staffscheduling setting.
Kronos experience strongly preferred.
Exceptional interpersonal skills with a strong emphasis on customer service.
Ability to effectively deal with diverse personalities and systems.
Excellent oral and written skills.
Strong analytical problem solving and troubleshooting skills.
Computer keyboarding with ten key functions with Windows-based applications.
Require ability to handle a wide variety of functions simultaneously with many interruptions in a fast paced environment.
