Inviting applications for the role of P2P SME role - Management Trainee English-Hybrid Bucharest!

The P2P Helpdesk SME is in charge of identifying process improvement areas covering quality of services provided to a large multinational Pharma company. Scope of service includes the end-to-end P2P process issue resolution P2P related reconciliation activities and identifying opportunities for improvement in the existing ways of working.

Responsibilities

The Project Coordinator is responsible for overseeing a diverse range of projects and administrative tasks within the Romanian branch of a renowned Pharma customer. Leveraging technology and innovative processes this role aims to enhance efficiency reduce bureaucracy and ensure the timely and compliant execution of initiatives across the department.

Project Management: Oversee and coordinate a variety of projects ensuring they are completed on time within scope and within budget. This includes liaising with different departments managing resources and ensuring clear communication among stakeholders.

Supplier and Stakeholder Management: Serve as the primary contact for suppliers and internal stakeholders. Foster strong relationships to ensure smooth collaboration on projects and initiatives.

Documentation & Systems Management: Utilize internal global and local systems to manage track and report on project and tasks related data. Ensure all necessary documents are prepared approved and stored in compliance with internal procedures.

Financial Oversight: Monitor costs related to projects and initiatives prepare necessary documentation for payment processing and provide regular updates to relevant stakeholders.

Continuous Improvement: Regularly review and assess departmental processes recommending and implementing improvements where necessary.

Team Collaboration: Actively participate in relevant team meetings providing feedback updates and insights to drive projects forward. Support various teams within the company in achieving their objectives.

As all other employees the candidate will be tasked with the direct reporting of adverse events notified in connection with Customers products pursuant to relevant procedures; the report shall be sent to the companys Patient Safety Officer or his substitute immediately following the communication of the adverse event (or within no more than 24 hours).

Has the obligation and responsibility to comply with the company Internal Regulation and all the internal Policies and Procedures including the rules on the occupational health check-ups and the participation to and compliance with occupational safety and emergency trainings.

Qualifications we seek in you

Minimum Qualifications

Written and verbal fluency in English language (C1 or better)

Bachelors Degree from an accredited university or college

Knowledge of ERP platforms

Deep understanding of accounting practices in relation to Procure to Pay Accounts Payables and Procurement

Ability to define and articulate underlying process gaps and resolve challenges complex issues

Preferred qualifications

Proficient IT skills including MS Office package ERPs

Flexible approach with a strong team spirit

Professional style when taking care of business clients

Compliance & controllership attitude

Operative lean thinking; ability to work on continuous improvements
