Inviting applications for the role of Lead Consultant Microsoft Dynamics 365 Field Services
In this role we are looking for a highly skilled and motivated Microsoft Dynamics 365 Customer Engagement (CE) Developer with hands-on experience in the Field Service application. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of Dynamics 365 customization configuration and extension using Power Platform and .NET with proven ability to deliver scalable CRM solutions aligned to business needs.
Key Responsibilities:
Design develop and implement solutions in Dynamics 365 CE with a focus on Field Service module.
Customize entities business process flows forms views workflows and plugins.
Develop Power Automate flows and canvas/model-driven Power Apps.
Integrate Dynamics 365 CE with external systems via APIs and middleware.
Collaborate with business analysts solution architects and functional consultants to understand requirements and translate into technical solutions.
Participate in code reviews deployments and system testing.
Provide post-implementation support and enhancements as needed.
Qualifications we seek in you!
Minimum Qualifications / Skills
Experience in Dynamics 365 CE (Customer Service Sales and Field Service).
Strong experience in customizing D365 using C# JavaScript Plugins Custom Workflows.
Power Automate (Flows) Power Apps (Canvas & Model-driven).
Good understanding of Field Service capabilities: work orders scheduling resources agreements inspections and mobile app.
Experience with Dataverse Web API and Azure DevOps.
Proficiency in C# .NET and REST API integration. Dual write setups
Strong understanding of Microsoft security model and role-based access control.
Preferred Qualifications/ Skills
Microsoft Certified: Power Platform or Dynamics 365 Functional/Developer Associate.
Experience in deploying and supporting solutions in a production environment.
Exposure to Agile/Scrum methodologies.
Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
Good communication and collaboration skills across functional teams.
Ability to work independently in a fast-paced dynamic environment.
