The INM Research Department Materials Synthetic Biology is looking for a Doctoral Researcher (F/M/D) with experience in biology protein biochemistry and/or microbiology. The project will focus on the development of safety-by-design strategies for applying living therapeutic materias. The PhD thesis will be embedded in the Leibniz Science Campus on Living Therapeutic Materials () an interdisciplinary consortium aiming at the development of living drug delivery devices. Within this consortium synthetic biologists materials scientists microbiologists and clinicians are working together in interdisciplinary projects.
The position is available immediately a later starting point is also possible.
